Round 3 of Immunotherapy in the books!

It has been a beautiful week here in Northern Virginia. Taylor has started outpatient PT and continues to make rapid improvements. Taylor and I have been working on her walking endurance, strolling through Reston Town Center, and even shopping trips to Tyson’s, Costco, and Wegmans. It was great to see Grandma, Aunt Linda, Aunt Mary, and cousins Brian and Gabby this week.
Friday, Taylor completed her 3rd immunotherapy. She will have one more in this series. So far, her body seems to be tolerating the treatment well. This week, we will be busy with follow-up appointments and, hopefully, a quick visit to the aquarium in Baltimore if Taylor feels up to it.

  1. Hi Taylor! My name is Eileen and I am a prayer warrior friend of your great aunt, Judi, (your grandma’s sister from Wilmington, NC).

Judi shared with us your tenacious fight against cancer, a real challenge from what we heard, so we all got on it! So I just want to let you know you have a superabundant amount of prayers being offered up for you.

We are praying for your comfort, your healing and your peace so that you might walk this journey knowing that even though you it is your body fighting cancer, your spirit is being lifted by so many others!

And your spirit is truly your life force, and that is where the rubber hits the road!
So do all you can to keep your body in shape and the prayer warriors will do our part in lifting your spirit!

God has a plan for you. And it is a PERFECT plan! And we are praying that it’s meaning is always apparent to you.

Rest in the Lord, Taylor. And fight like the dickens! We are cheering you on!

Praised be Jesus Christ now and forever!
